It is led by Arno Markus, a former executive recruiter and President of the National Reverse Recruiters Association, and every client engagement is staffed the same way: a dedicated reverse recruiter, an application specialist, a senior writer, and Arno on strategy.

Sources roles, including ones that are never posted, identifies the hiring manager or decision-maker behind each one, writes and sends the outreach, and reports what happened every week. You see the same activity numbers we do.

Your application specialist

Tailors each application to the posting, submits it, and tracks it through to a reply, so nothing is applied to twice and nothing is forgotten.

Your writer

Builds the resume, LinkedIn profile and executive bio that the outreach points to. The writing team holds 32 career services industry awards. Matt Dupee, a former CEO and COO, writes executive materials and coaches interviews.

Arno

Sets the positioning, reviews the target list, and coaches you before hiring-manager interviews and offer negotiations. He has recruited for the roles you are applying to, which changes how the search is run.
