Our Guarantees
1) Gold Package (Resume, Cover Letter & LinkedIn) — Quality & Collaboration Guarantee
For our Gold Package, we no longer promise interviews. The job market is too volatile—and too influenced by AI and external factors—to pretend we control every outcome.
What we do guarantee is the quality of your core documents and a structured, fair revision process.
Quality & Collaboration Guarantee (Gold Package)
For 30 days from final delivery, we will collaborate with you through up to two full rounds of revisions on your:

to make sure they:

Accurately and honestly reflect your experience and achievements

Align with the target roles and strategy we agreed on during intake

Follow current best practices for clarity, structure, and ATS-friendliness
After two full revision rounds within that 30-day window, your documents are considered final.
What’s included:

Clarifying or tightening wording, bullet points, and accomplishments

Adjusting emphasis to better reflect your agreed target roles/industries

Reasonable tweaks to format and structure to support readability and ATS
What’s not included:

Unlimited rewrites or open-ended edits beyond two full rounds

Major repositioning for a different role, industry, or level than we originally scoped

Retroactive changes after you significantly alter the documents yourself
If you decide to change direction (for example, from Sales Leadership to Project Management, or from private sector to federal roles), we’re happy to support that as a new or upgraded engagement—not under the original guarantee.
2) Reverse Recruiting — 90-Day Interview Support Guarantee
(Enhanced & Signature Reverse Recruiting Packages Only)
For clients who invest in our higher-touch Reverse Recruiting support, we back our outreach with a clear, time-boxed interview guarantee.
90-Day Interview Support Guarantee — Enhanced & Signature Only
If you purchase an Enhanced or Signature Reverse Recruiting package and, after 90 days of active campaigning, you have not received at least one qualified interview, we will extend your Reverse Recruiting service for up to 30 additional days at no extra fee.
This guarantee is only available on Enhanced and Signature Reverse Recruiting packages. It does not apply to Basic / lower-tier Reverse Recruiting offers.
What counts as a “qualified interview”?
A qualified interview is:

A scheduled phone, video, or in-person conversation with a recruiter or hiring manager

Tied to a specific, open role that aligns with your agreed targeting brief (function, level, compensation range, and locations)

Agency recruiter screens count when they are clearly tied to an identified client role, not just a general database add
This follows the same spirit as our prior definition, updated to reflect the new time frame and package tiers.
Eligibility (Enhanced & Signature Reverse Recruiting)
To qualify for the 90-Day Interview Support Guarantee and the 30-day extension, the following must be true:

We have a written targeting brief on file, including:

roles/titles

industries/sectors
-
compensation range
-
preferred locations and remote/on-site preferences

You attend scheduled check-ins and approve materials promptly (typically within 2 business days).

You respond to recruiter/hiring manager outreach and interview invitations within 2 business days.

You maintain accurate availability for screening and interviews and participate actively in scheduling.

You remain within the agreed search strategy (for example, not mid-stream switching to a completely different field or market without re-scoping).
You may pause once (for up to 30 days). Pause time does not count toward the 90 days. The guarantee clock simply resumes when we restart active campaigning.
What the guarantee includes:

Continued, hands-on Reverse Recruiting support—outreach, applications, and networking—at no extra service fee for up to 30 additional days, if you were eligible and did not receive a qualified interview in the first 90 days.
What the guarantee doesn’t include:

Any cash refunds

Guarantees of:

a job offer
-
a specific title, salary, or location
-
multiple interviews beyond the first qualified one

Additional extensions beyond the single 30-day extension
Once we’ve provided the 30-day no-fee extension (where eligible), the guarantee is considered fulfilled, whether or not additional interviews occur.
